Hotelier needs to create conversations with online consumers

1) Social sharing sites are sites where people can share ideas, video, experiences, opinion, photos......
Examples : Myspace and youtube (as you know I have problem's links)

2) Those social sharing sites influences consumers by the way people are more informed about destinations or hotels for example they would like to go and because of those sites they can compare and share opinions with other consumers and get the best choice at best price they wouldn't have choosen if those sites wouldn't have existed.Now consumers are more and more suspicious and don't want to be had so they use those social sharing sites to collect opinions and choose the best hotel or any other services at best rate and quality.

3) Hotelier can best utilize social sharing trends by establishing in their hotel's site a link for customer's opinion exchanges in order to improve the quality of the service by looking at those different opinions posted and become more and more efficient.

4) In my opinion hotelier should establish an online conversation with customers because they can reassure them when the service was bad and give them discount for the next stay.It's a good way to create contact and satisfy consumers needs as well as create a network , fidelize and attract new ones.
