Five reasons consumers don't book online

A survey found that more and more consumers refuse to book travel online by fear of the theft of their credit card.
I totally understand this behaviour because some of my friends had been stolen by the net and wheither they assure everything is secured there still have a risk in my opinion and its more safety to book by phone.
