This is the main risk with labels : they have to stay in the wealthy market if not they put down.

this article is interesting because it shows the evolution of tendance in any subject .Our society is on a consant evolution, things and mentality are changing so quickly that the hotel industry has to go further and anticipate people needs.

In fact some hiring managers used internet search enginers to researh job candidates.

The thing is a lot of potential employees lie about themselves (about their qualification, their communication skill, their behaviour....).

They also post indecent fotos, stories about their private life so the futur boss is able to know more about them so he won't give them the job.

This article is important in the business it demonstrates that you always have to be carefull of the things you write and never talk about your personnal life by the web it could be fatal !!!!
